常見問題

買過「全卷」，換手機或重新安裝後要怎麼取回？

用同一個 Apple 帳號登入 App Store，打開標題畫面的「全卷」頁，按「恢復購買」。這不會重複扣款。

免費可以玩什麼？「全卷」多了什麼？

輪迴（含天劫強度十階）、每日一劫、成就與排行榜都免費。「全卷」是一次性購買（不是訂閱），解鎖天劫無盡、紙墨主題與每日一劫無限練習。全卷不會讓你變強，排行榜對所有人公平。

按了「購買」，畫面顯示等待核准？

如果你的帳號啟用了「購買前詢問」（家人共享的兒童帳號），購買要等家長核准。核准後遊戲會自動解鎖，不用再買一次。

家人可以一起用「全卷」嗎？

可以。「全卷」支援「家人共享」，家庭成員在自己的裝置上按「恢復購買」即可。

想要退款

App Store 的購買與退款都由 Apple 處理。請到 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請。退款後，「全卷」的內容會被收回，但你的遊戲進度會保留。

遊戲需要網路嗎？

不需要，遊戲可以離線玩。購買、恢復購買與 Game Center 排行榜需要連線。

Game Center 排行榜沒有我的分數？
  • 請確認已在「設定」→「Game Center」登入。沒登入也能玩，但分數與成就不會送出。
  • 「每日一劫」排行榜每天台灣時間午夜重新開始，只保留當天的最佳成績。
進度會存在哪裡？會不會不見？
  • 進度只存在你的裝置上，我們沒有雲端存檔，也看不到你的進度。
  • 刪除 App 會連進度一起刪除。如果你有開 iCloud 備份或電腦備份，從備份還原裝置時，進度也會一起還原。
可以關掉音效或特效嗎？

可以。標題畫面的「設定」裡可以關掉音效，或把特效改成「精簡」（關掉閃電與粒子，較省電）。音效會跟著 iPhone 的靜音開關。

有其他語言嗎？

目前只有繁體中文。

FAQ

I bought the Complete Edition (全卷). How do I get it back on a new device or after reinstalling?

Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account, open the 「全卷」 page on the title screen, and tap "恢復購買" (Restore Purchases). You won't be charged again.

What is free, and what does the Complete Edition add?

Reincarnation runs (including all ten Tribulation Intensity levels), the Daily Tribulation, achievements and leaderboards are free. The Complete Edition is a one-time purchase (not a subscription) that unlocks Endless Tribulation, paper & ink themes and unlimited Daily practice. It never makes you stronger, so leaderboards are fair for everyone.

After tapping Buy, the purchase says it is waiting for approval.

If your account uses Ask to Buy (a child account in Family Sharing), a parent must approve the purchase. The game unlocks automatically once it is approved.

Can my family share the Complete Edition?

Yes. It supports Family Sharing. Family members tap "恢復購買" (Restore Purchases) on their own devices.

Refunds

Apple handles App Store purchases and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. After a refund, Complete Edition content is locked again, but your progress is kept.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. The game plays offline. Buying, restoring and Game Center leaderboards need a connection.

My score is missing from the Game Center leaderboard.
  • Make sure you are signed in under Settings → Game Center. You can play without it, but scores and achievements are not sent.
  • The Daily Tribulation leaderboard restarts every day at midnight Taiwan time and keeps only that day's best score.
Where is my progress saved?
  • Only on your device. There is no cloud save, and we cannot see your progress.
  • Deleting the app deletes your progress. If you use iCloud Backup or a computer backup, restoring your device from that backup restores your progress too.
Can I turn off sound or effects?

Yes. In 「設定」 (Settings) on the title screen you can turn sound off, or set effects to 「精簡」 (Lite: no lightning or particles, saves battery). Sound follows your iPhone's silent switch.

Is the game available in English?

Not yet. The game is in Traditional Chinese only.
